*********************************************************** SRP is a vehicle for promoting collective learning and capacity building through a process of planning, disseminating, applying new knowledge in decision making resulting in evidence-based actions and systems in order to promote a sense of ownership and sustainability, it plans to create a core group of trained disabled researchers that will be encouraged to carry out small practical research projects within their DPO settings in between regular formal training. Data collected will be used during the training sessions and to develop training manual.
